Sterling AI applications do not store any user credentials. Instead, they use LinkedIn APIs to Authenticate users.
Sterling AI applications will retrieve authenticated users’ LinkedIn posts along with their associated comments and interactions to analyze them as per user requests. The posts, comments, and interactions will not be stored beyond the analysis session. All posts, comments, and interactions will be deleted once the analysis concludes and the reports are produced.
Should the user choose, Sterling AI will send analysis reports to users via email, in which case users must provide their email and name.
Sterling AI will store user emails and names for news updates and offers. Users can subscribe and unsubscribe to the news updates and offers emails via an “Update My Subscriptions” link provided in these emails.
Non-Personal Information:
Sterling AI will store Device information (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system) and Usage data (e.g., pages visited, interactions).
